Jewellery Care
Jewellery Care Instructions
With proper jewellery care, your jewels will last much longer than standard coated jewellery. Our jewelleries can be exposed to water, we use stainless steel materials for our jewelleries and they are resilient to water, however, as with any jewellery we advise minimal exposure to water to maintain its original condition and shine for longer. Jewelleries can experience discolouration over time due to multiple factors including exposure to moisture, chemicals and air.
Jewellery that rubs off naturally occurs with wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Follow these steps to help your jewellery last longer:
- When wearing jewelleries ensure it is the last thing you put on when getting ready and the first thing you take off at the end of the day.
- Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising and ensure to wipe dry after coming into contact with moisture.
- Allow perfume, creams and lotions to be absorbed into the skin before putting on your jewellery
- Clean jewellery gently with a soft cloth after use to restore their shine. Jewellery cloth is provided.
- When not in use, store your jewellery in your Eclissè Jewellery boxes or pouch or dry and separate place to prevent scratching, oxidation (metals like gold and silver are delicate and they can fade due to a process called oxidation to following these steps will help this from happening) and chains getting tangled.
