Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception within 14 days of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any items returned and has been damaged, worn or not in its original packaging this will result in the item being sent back to the customer.
**Please Note: Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have within 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@eclissetimepiece.com. Kindly note that you will be subject to shipping costs for returning this package to us if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs or duty tax on any returns. You will be responsible for any costs that are associated with your return.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds. We aim to have your return processed as soon as it have been received, allowing you to order as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind international returns back to our warehouse may take longer than usual due to delivery process or any strikes that may affect delay delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
